What to expect

Although Ultimate has been played in Tulsa for over thirty years, the Tulsa Ultimate Federation (TUF) was born in the fall of 2009 to formalize and stimulate the growth of the sport throughout the area by sponsoring youth and adult leagues, tournaments and “pick-up” events, and to focus the awareness and fund raising efforts needed to maintain a member base of over a thousand participants
